222 is a 391,000-square-foot multi-tenant Class AA office building in the SoBro (South of Broadway) submarket in downtown Nashville, TN.

 

The 25-story building includes 29,000 square feet of retail and was manufactured by IMG Build, designed by Sky Design, and installed in collaboration with JE Dunn and Hines.
